   For general participants, we have no longer accepted the attendance to ICCC2018 banquet (3-Aug) because it exceeded the capacity.

*Necessary ID/PW to unlock the registration site for the Keynotes have been
sent and Invited Speakers should receive them via email by the secretariat
soon. PLEASE NOTE ID/PW need to be set individually for personal registration.

*Handling fee will be charged for the registration payment.

*The registration fee includes: Admission to all conference sessions and
poster sessions, welcome party on Monday July 30th 2018, everyday lunchbox (July 31, August 1-3),
coffee breaks, food&drinks for the poster sessions, conference bag,
program, flash memory, and name tag.

**The registration fee for accompanying person includes: Welcome party
on Monday July 30th 2018, everyday lunchbox (July 31, August 1-3), food&drinks for the poster
sessions. There will be exciting cultural activities and excursions for
the accompanying persons (requires advance reservation and extra fees/
detailed information will be released soon).

***We will warmly encourage all participants to join our banquet as it
is going to be a great opportunity to network with other speakers and delegates.

Note: It is strongly recommended to book a hotel room as soon as possible after
completing your registration as famous local festivals will be held before
and after the conference. It is your responsibility to book and schedule
the flight and accommodation. The secretariat will do the best to support
the participant as much as possible including visa acquisition though it does not mean we are responsible for your flight and accommodation
including any kind of insurance.

Cancellations and refunds

JTB TOHOKU Inc., our travel and registration agency will be in charge of
the registration and its cancellation/refund.To check their policy, please
go to JTB’s cancellation policy. Cancellations and refunds can be done
through the registration system "AMARYS".※Full refund*
/ On or before March 31, 2018. ※No refund / On or after April 1, 2018.*Registration
fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees 540 JPY.
